Some of the People of the Village of Parkhead

On this page we hope to portray and explore some of the residents of the streets that made up the early decades of the development and expansion of the village of Parkhead as it grew and was absorbed into the city of Glasgow.

As the village expanded some of the street and road names were renamed or simply became extinct.  We will attempt to explore and cover  all the changes.
